A tool needs reconnecting

When access to Google or Meta expires or is revoked, Roger shows Reconnect on that tool and sends an alert. Meta access expires on a schedule: Roger warns you 7 days before. Open the website in Roger, click Reconnect and sign in to the tool again.

Your AI lost Roger

If your AI says Roger is unavailable or asks you to sign in again, reconnect it: in Claude, Settings > Connectors, then Connect next to Roger; in ChatGPT, open Roger on the Plugins page and connect again; in Claude Code, run /mcp and choose Authenticate.

You see the wrong workspace

Each AI connection uses the Roger workspace you picked when you approved it. To switch, disconnect Roger in your AI, connect again and pick the other workspace on the Approve page.

Claude Free: one connector

Claude Free allows one custom connector. If another one is already there, remove it in Settings > Connectors to add Roger, or move to Claude Pro or Max.

ChatGPT has no Add custom MCP server

ChatGPT Free and Go cannot add custom MCP servers. On Business, Enterprise and Edu, only a workspace admin adds Roger (admin steps); members then connect.

Your AI can read but not change

Write tools need the Editor role on that website: a Viewer's AI sees read tools only. Ask an Admin of the website to make you an Editor. If you chose Read-only when you approved the connection, reconnect Roger without it.

A Tag Manager change is not live

Roger drafts Tag Manager changes in a workspace and never publishes them. Open Tag Manager, review the workspace, click Submit, then Publish.

What a block means

A block means a guardrail stopped the change before it reached the account, for example a budget increase above your cap or a change to a protected campaign. Nothing changed. Your AI relays the reason and Activity logs the attempt with the rule. To allow it, an Admin changes the guardrail in Roger, or you ask for a smaller change.
