Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Roger, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Roger is a conversational agent that helps you analyse and manage your advertising campaigns on third-party platforms, currently Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). You interact with Roger in natural language; Roger calls the Google Ads API and the Meta APIs on your behalf to execute your requests.

Roger provides analysis, recommendations, and automated actions. You remain responsible for your campaigns, ad spend, and strategic decisions. Any change with a financial impact (budget increase, activation/pause, bid changes) requires your explicit approval in the conversation.

3. Account

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access and for all actions taken under your account.
• You must have legal authority to act on the Google Ads account you connect.

4. Connection to Google Ads

By connecting a Google Ads account, you grant Roger read and edit rights on the account (OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). See our Privacy Policy for detail on the data we process.

You can revoke access at any time from your Roger dashboard or from myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Third-party platforms and account suspension

Roger acts on third-party advertising platforms, including Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), using the access you grant. These platforms are operated by Google and Meta, not by Roger, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and advertising policies.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your campaigns, creatives, targeting, and account activity comply with the Google Ads policies and the Meta advertising policies, including when they are created or modified through Roger. Roger does not guarantee that any action, recommendation, or automated change will comply with those policies, and approving a change in the conversation is your decision to apply it.

Google and Meta may, at their sole discretion, warn, restrict, limit, suspend, disable, or permanently ban your advertising account, ad account, business account, page, profile, or any associated assets. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roger is not responsible or liable for any such warning, restriction, suspension, disablement, or ban, nor for any resulting loss of access, data, ad spend, or revenue, including where it arises from or is connected to your use of Roger. You use Roger to operate these accounts at your own risk.

6. Pricing

During the private beta, access to Roger is free. Any pricing change will be communicated by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. You will be free to refuse and close your account at no cost.

The advertising budget you spend on Google Ads is and remains entirely yours. Roger does not interfere with Google Ads billing.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to bypass security or authentication mechanisms
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
• Use the Service to manage campaigns that violate the Google Ads or Meta advertising policies
• Saturate the Service with unauthorised automated calls

8. Availability

Roger does its best to ensure continuous availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. Maintenance, Railway incidents, and Google API incidents may occasionally interrupt the Service.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Roger cannot be held liable for financial losses linked to campaign decisions, nor for any suspension, restriction, disablement, or ban of your accounts by Google or Meta (see section 5). You remain solely responsible for changes applied to your Google Ads or Meta accounts, even via Roger, since every change is explicitly approved by you.

Without prejudice to the above, our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us during the 12 months preceding the event.

10. Suspension and termination

You can close your account at any time from your Roger dashboard or by emailing hello@heyroger.ai. We may suspend or close an account in case of breach of these terms, with reasonable notice except in emergencies.

11. Intellectual property

Roger (code, design, brand) remains the property of Vincenzo.be SRL. You retain ownership of your Google Ads and Meta account data and your messages.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will fall under the competent courts of Brussels.
