Terms of Service

1. The Service

Roger lets your team connect Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager and Merchant Center once, and work on them from the AI assistant each member chooses (such as Claude or ChatGPT) through Roger’s MCP server, with roles, guardrails, drafts, playbooks, alerts, Activity and Ask Roger. By using Roger you accept these terms, for yourself and for the organization you use it for.

Roger is not the AI assistant. Your AI assistant is provided by a third party under its own terms and plan rules.

2. Accounts, team and roles

Keep your sign-in secure. Workspace owners and admins decide who joins, each member’s role per website (Admin, Editor, Viewer) and the guardrails. You are responsible for your members’ actions and the AI assistants they connect, and you must be authorized to connect each account you link.

3. Your responsibility

• You are responsible for the changes you confirm, and for changes applied when you turn drafts off.
• You are responsible for your AI assistant’s output. AI output can be wrong; check it before acting.
• Guardrails are safeguards, not guarantees. They reduce risk; they do not guarantee a change is correct, profitable or compliant.
• Tag Manager changes take effect only when you publish them. Roger never publishes a container.
• You are solely responsible for complying with Google, Meta and other platform policies. To the extent permitted by law, Roger is not liable if a platform warns, restricts, suspends or bans your accounts.

4. Plans and billing

• Free trial: 14 days, no card needed.
• Pro is a price per website, monthly or yearly, at the prices on our pricing page, excluding VAT. There is no base fee. Teammates, connectors and AI connections cost nothing extra.
• Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Paid fees are not refunded unless the law requires.
• We give 30 days’ email notice before a price change applies to you. Your ad spend is billed by the platforms, not by Roger.

5. Ask Roger fair use

Ask Roger is included under fair use: interactive use by people, not bulk automation. We may limit its use per workspace or member to keep it available. Roger’s direct tools are not affected.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Roger for illegal or deceptive activity, bypass its security, roles, guardrails or limits, reverse-engineer or resell it, overload it with automated calls, or connect accounts you are not authorized to use.

7. Your data

You own your data. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy and never use it to train AI models. Data you request is returned to your AI assistant, under its terms.

8. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Roger available but do not guarantee it. The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or ad spend, changes you confirmed, or your AI assistant’s output, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Termination and changes

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with reasonable notice except in emergencies. We email workspace owners 30 days before a material change to these terms.

10. Law and contact

Belgian law applies, with the courts of Brussels competent, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules. Roger’s code, design and brand belong to Bromance Software SRL (VAT BE1040.904.426) · hello@heyroger.ai
