Which Claude plan do I need?

Any plan. Free allows one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, an Owner adds Roger once for the organization, then each member connects with their own sign-in.

Can Claude change my campaigns?

Only what your role allows, and only through Roger: changes are drafts you confirm by default, new campaigns start paused, and guardrails block what breaks your rules. Every change is logged with who, which AI and why.
