On organization plans, an Owner or admin adds Roger once. Each member then connects with their own Roger account, so roles and the Activity log stay per person.

  1. Open admin Connectors
  2. Paste the Roger URL
  3. Teammates connect

Claude Team and Enterprise

  1. Click Add to organization below, or open Admin settings > Connectors in Claude and choose Add custom connector.
  2. Name it Roger, paste https://mcp.heyroger.ai and click Add.
  3. Tell your team: each member opens Settings > Connectors, clicks Connect next to Roger and approves with their own Roger sign-in.

ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu

  1. Open workspace Apps
  2. Create the Roger app
  3. Teammates connect

  1. In ChatGPT, open Workspace settings > Apps.
  2. Create an app: name it Roger, paste https://mcp.heyroger.ai and choose OAuth authentication.
  3. Tell your team: each member connects Roger with their own Roger sign-in.

Who can do what

Members see only the websites they belong to in Roger. Viewers read; Editors also make changes, as drafts by default; Admins also manage the website in Roger, with its connectors, team and guardrails. Every change is logged in Activity with who, which AI and why.
