Which Claude or ChatGPT plan do I need?

Any Claude plan (Free: 1 custom connector). ChatGPT Plus and Pro add Roger from the Plugins page; on Business, Enterprise and Edu a workspace admin adds it. ChatGPT Free and Go cannot add custom connectors.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Roger is a custom connector: you paste one URL, https://mcp.heyroger.ai, and sign in to Roger. Claude Code, Cursor and VS Code use the same URL.

Can my whole team use it?

Yes. Each teammate adds Roger to their own AI and signs in. Their role on each website (Admin, Editor or Viewer) decides what their AI can change, and every change lands in the Activity log.
